So-called portrait of marie adélaïde of savoy (1685-1712), wife of louis of france, duke of burgundy, but is probably a depiction of élisabeth charlotte of orléans (1676-1744), niece of louis xiv. Identification proposed by user ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with a some portraits of élisabeth charlotte of orléans (see images below), and the lack of physical resemblance of the sitter of this portrait to representations of the princess of savoy, pairs with his brother's portrait (see image).
