A large meeting of puseyite clergy in st martin's hall, the clergy represented as foolish anthropomorphic geese, in ecclesiastical costume, all gazing towards the door, lettered over the lintel with "the shortest way to roam. ", st peter's visible beyond, a fox, representing cardinal wiseman, rushing through the archway with a goose under each arm, representing pusey and another, some of the geese with clerical banners lettered with cynical advertisements for medicines; lithograph.
