Description the mail ship ss. Rembrandt in a dock of the amsterdam droogdok maatschappij (a. D. M. ) construction number 73, built at the yard of the nederlandsche scheepsbouw maatschappij (n. S. M. ) on behalf of the stoomvaart maatschappij nederland. The ship seen across the ij from the a. D. M. , meeuwenlaan 42, to the sint nicolaas church. The ship was put into service in 1906, taken away in 1928 and scrapped at hendrik ido ambacht.
