陳繼儒, Chen Jiru

Chen jiru, whose courtesy name is zhongchun. For zhusheng, he is as famous as dong qichang. At the age of twenty-nine, he took the confucian clothes and burned them and lived in seclusion in dongshe mountain. The ministers recommended him, but he couldn't afford to fight repeatedly. He died at the age of eighty-two. Date: 18th century.
