Stigmatization of Saint Francis of Assisi, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo

Saint francis of assisi appears dressed in the brown habit of the franciscan order and with the typical white franciscan cord with multiple knots. The saint, who has his arms extended completely in a horizontal position, has his gaze fixed on heaven and in an ecstatic attitude, and next to him appear some of the attributes that generally accompany him, such as the crucifix and the skull.
