Derick baegert, taking the oath before the wesel city court 1493–1494. The court and warning picture was commissioned by the wesel city council in 1493. The reason was the transfer of the lower courts to the newly built town hall on the great market. Derick baegert immortalized himself in this picture. Top row, fourth person from the left (to the right of the highest councilor) with a black and white striped doublet, red felt hat and red cloak.
