Clay vessel of brown ware. Bird-shaped. Flat bottom surface. Wings marked as triangular, obliquely upright discs, one damaged but repaired. The open beak [sic] forms the mouth, the lower beak rejected. Painted decor in dark brown and black. (general catalogue). Date: 1892 (acquisition by the museum). Place of creation: Suriname. Collection: The National Museums of World Culture.
