Frankfurt-Höchst, Besatzungsdenkmal, Richard Biringer

Frankfurt-höchst, occupation memorial on the city walls, opposite the ferry dock to schwanheim. Cast in bronze cast, 1. 75 m high by 0. 60 m wide relief panel, with a portrait of a workman with a naked torso. The plaque commemorates the french occupation of höchst from the end of world war i and until 30 june 1930. It is said to have originated at the suggestion of the last mayor of höchst, dr. Bruno müller.
