Algirdas savickis (10 september 1917 in copenhagen – 1 october 1943 in the kovno ghetto in german-occupied lithuania) was a lithuanian painter, the oldest son of the lithuanian diplomat and writer jurgis savickis (1890–1952) and ida trakiner-savickienė (1894–1944), a dentist whose (jewish) family was settled in saint petersburg where she owned a glass factory. Algirdas savickis was shot by a lithuanian guard of the ghetto when he tried to protect his young wife. Date: circa 1936.
