Julio dormal (jules dormal), belgian architect born in 1846 in liege, belgium and died in 1924 in buenos aires, argentina. He completed the works on the teatro colón and the palace of the national congress, he designed the tres de febrero park, the government house of the province of buenos aires and numerous aristocratic residences. Together with others, he founded the central society of architects. Date: circa 1910.
