The actor ichikawa danjûrô i (1660-1704), the founder of the danjûrô dynasty, in the role of a warrior in the play shibaraku. In his raised left hand he holds a sword. This series is an ode to the famous ichikawa danjûrô actors, with the approval of ichikawa danjûrô vii (1791-1859) himself, with his seal (kiwame) and other name sanshô vii. With one poem.
