portrait of alexandrine-florence-virginie-casimire thevenet de montgarrel (died in 1827), daughter of joseph thevenet, senior employee at the royal, national and then imperial lottery of france and thérèse félicité ledoux; married in 1805 amédée madeleine charles gillet ducoudray (1778-1829), private secretary then advisor to the cabinet of louis bonaparte, king of holland. Five children were born from this union: louis eugène napoléon in 1806, alexandre eugène gillet ducoudray in 1808, euphrosine virginie gillet ducoudray in 1810, alexandrine laeticia gillet ducoudray in 1812 and alexandre joseph amédée in 1816.
