I am the author of the photo. It represents a tempera on panel by olivuccio di ciccarello preserved in the vatican pinacoteca. It is part of the works of mercy series and is entitled: "giving drink to the thirsty. " it was previously attributed to carlo da camerino. The photo is unfortunately not of good quality.
