Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 425, 10 October 1917

425. Doll - tombstone, around the cemeteries of the village. Kongas, northern dobrudja, carved from oak wood, now half-rotten and cracked. The head is cubical, cut into the sides at the three corners, it ends with a trapezoidal cap (male doll). On her face, two incisions were made with a saw in the form of st. Andrew's cross, and in the middle an isosceles cross was carved; 30-40 years old. Dimensions: 29x12x12 cm. Sketched on 10. H. 1917 (vol. 4, obr. 42. ). Date: 10 October 1917.
