Issued in vienna, april 22, 1913, with the emperor's own signature, countersignature by interior minister carl freiherr von heinold von udinsky and ministerial councilor felix freiherr von wiedersperg. Parchment spirit level, 7 pages, printed border, coat of arms signed "f(riedrich) junginger". Privately made luxury leather binding with enameled metal applications, central depiction of the imperial coat of arms, signed on the rear inside mirror "l. Gruners nachfolger. M. Jank kuk hofbuchbinder", attached seal in a brass capsule. Date: 1913.
