This is a study for hammershøi's 1888 painting fra en bagerbutik (from a bakery). When bramsen & michaelis published their list of hammerhøi's works in 1918 it was not known, so it is not among the three studies mentioned (no. 61-63). No 63 is at statens museum for kunst (see "other versions") and the final painting (no. 60) is at vejen kunstmuseum. Object Type: painting. Date: circa 1888.
