The house of s. M. Rukavishnikov on the verkhnevolzhskaya embankment represents the type of luxurious buildings of nizhny novgorod, belonging to private owners. The external and internal ornamentation of this house, the luxury of the interior furnishings and the multitude of mirrored windows raise this house to the level of a luxurious "palazzo". The architectural error in this luxurious palazzo is the monotonous and small size of the windows in comparison with the size of the building. This house is of later construction.
