Madonna of the Streets, Roberto Ferruzzi

Greetings, a close friend of my family ed just recently passed away and before he died he gave us a piece of art he told us is to be the original "madonna of the streets"/"madonnina" painting. He told us the photo was stolen back in the early 1900's from a museum and was given to him by his father who was a captain of a ship that traveled the atlantic ocean on a voyage from europe to the united states.
