Steensgård originally krogagergaard; in the course of time it became the respectable hovedgård steensgård, krogager is first mentioned in 1442. The name steensgård dates from 1577. The farm is located on a hill with a magnificent view of the sea, and is located in snøde parish, langelands nørre herred, tranekær municipality. The main building was built in 1580-1585. Date: 1872.
