Hasenbalgkrämerin - Grafik, Quirin Mark, 1775

The male counterpart to the female hasenbalgkrämerin was the "hasenhäutlmann". They were at the end of the chain of game processing, which had to be done quickly due to the lack of refrigeration facilities. Hand-colored, original copperplate print from the first third of the 20th century based on a graphic from 1775. Date: 1775.
