A bell, hanging from the fountain pipe, allows him to signal his arrival. The fountain is topped by a woman waving a flag. On the right, two girls are talking while a newspaper seller, seated, observes the herbal tea seller. On the left, two men look at the old paintings while another negotiates with the merchant.
