In the past regarded as a portrait of matthias grünewald by albrecht dürer, actually the image of a stranger by the austrian painter, draughtsman and printmaker wolf huber who's signature wh below the date 1522 has been removed and replaced by the fake monogram of dürer in the 17th century.
