The experts at bruun rasmussen described the watermill as that of "mougaard", probably based on a handwritten text on the verso. Only problem is, that nobody else seems to know that watermill. If the text is read as "moesgaard" it all makes sense, because then it is the watermill moesgaard skovmølle, near the artist's hometown of aarhus. It still exists and looks very much like the one in the painting. Object Type: painting. Date: 1911. Dimensions: height: 82 cm (32.2 in); width: 62 cm (24.4 in). Medium: oil on canvas. Collection: Unknown. Carl Milton Jensen - Parti fra en vandmølle - 1911
