Mastodon jaw Crawfurd expedition, William Clift, 1828

"mastodon" jaw, collected by john crawfurd in burma in 1826. It was found at yenangyaung. The engraving is from the transactions of the geological society, for a paper of william clift (in a separate volume). The species is now identified as stegolophodon latidens. Date: 1828.
