description:
the human faces emerging from the mouths of the wild animals give this idol an exceptional character, with no known equivalent. The central figure wears a triangular beard and is topped with a rounded cone marked with fine vertical streaks. His strangely thin arms assume a realistic posture. Bracelets adorn the wrists. The hands, gripping the necks of the wild animals, are only represented on one side, breaking here with the usual symmetry of the two faces. Rooster heads emerge from the human mask at waist level.
