Niels laurits høyen (4 june 1798 in copenhagen - 27 september 1883) was a danish art historian. This is a section of a painting by wilhelm marstrand and is shown in its entirety in the book: th. Oppermann: wilhelm marstrand, his art and life in pictures and text on page 34. It says that the painting is at the statens museum for art. Date: 1912.
