First published in 1641 in the copperplate engraving "hannovera" or "hannouer" by johann angelii werdenhagan in his work de rebus publicis hanseaticis tractatiis. The image shows the city of hanover from the northeast (compare spiege online). On the far left in the foreground you can see the marienkapelle, which was demolished to expand the fortifications of the city of hanover, and on the far right in the foreground you can see the nikolaikapelle. Date: circa 1641.
