János lenkey of lenkei and zádorfalvi (eger, september 7, 1807 – arad, february 8, 1850) 1848-49 army general. He died in the castle prison in arad, jános lenkey's ashes were exhumed in 1936, and he was laid to rest in the kisasszony cemetery in eger. Together with the ashes, they brought the monument erected in arad in 1868, under which the general of the freedom struggle still "sleeps" today. Date: 1868.
