We slept so well that we went one stop too far. Now we could walk another 9 km, but this couldn't shake us. We were already expected in dolgen and greeted happily. There i met theo's wife and parents-in-law. They are very nice people, the farm is big and beautiful. He is also the mayor here. I slept wonderfully in the feather bed and ate well too, everything your heart could desire - the animals had only been slaughtered 2 days ago. Sausage, bacon and ham, everything is here. We're staying until the 26th and are having a good time. - my thoughts are with you a lot and i would love to give you some of it. How are you, my [mom, are you feeling better yet?]. Date: 21 February 1945.
