Part of hans frank’s ordinance from 2nd october 1943 on “counteracting the attempts to jeopardize german reconstruction plan in generalgouvernement”. According to this ordinance a death penalty and common responsibility were introduced for any acts against the german government. All cases were resolved by special “police summary courts” (standgericht). Date: 2 October 1943.
