Postmark from the cluj issue (june 27, 1919). Romanian overprint applied to hungarian stamps remaining in the stock of the post office in cluj. The stamps from the cluj issue (as well as those from the oradea issue) circulated predominantly in transylvania, but to a much lesser extent, even in the old kingdom. Date: 1919.
