Old State Capitol Building, Olympia, Washington, ca. 1906, circa 1906
On verso of image: thurston county court house as old state capitol building. Built in 1892 of stone from nearby tenino, it is located on franklin street between legion way and seventh avenue. It was used as the thurston county courthouse until about 1900 when it became the capitol. It was restored in 1980 and now house the offices of the superintendent of public instruction.
