The earth, large model by auguste rodin, 1896. Bronze, first proof cast in 1899. Musée rodin in paris (inventory number: s. 00623 and joconde database: entry 000sc004723). Belonged to the collectors maurice fabre and gustave fayet, exhibited in béziers in 1901 and bought by rodin in 1913. Present at the temporary exhibition of the musée hyacinthe rigaud "rodin - maillol face à face" in 2019.
