Surrounding the main church of the city and recognizable by its two arches and its very round tower. The translation by cour du haut is explained by the fact that two castles coexisted for a long time at two different heights. This one has survived many horrors, but for a 12th century building, it still holds up. Initially gothic, many renaissance elements were added to give this result. A gateway between the two castles would have existed, but not anymore, they are really separated today. Part of the building is now occupied by the sub-prefecture.
