This is a watercolour-on-paper drawing of banksia dentata. The attributed artist is james miller, but the work would have been heavily based on a partially coloured sketch by sydney parkinson (d. 1771), sir joseph banks' botanical artist who was present when the species was first collected at endeavour river, australia. Date: 1773.
