Portrait of makea, a decided christian, after a photograph taken by mr. Aaron buzacott. Page 151. Makea pori died in avarua, 28 october 1839[1] he is described by the sydney illustrated news on 15 may 1886, as being the chief of raratonga in 1832. [2].
