In the middle dominates the large cross with the crucified, projected in a golden background, while black clouds spread around it. To the right and left of the cross of christ are the two robbers, of whom the left one crowned by a flying angel says to christ: bless me lord in your kingdom. At the base of the cross are represented the swooning of the virgin mary, magdalene, john, princes, the crowd of the sanhedrin, soldiers on foot and on horseback, one of whom spears the side of jesus, the clothing compartment on the first level and in the background is the darkened jerusalem.
