Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 367, 3 October 1917

367. Doll - tombstone, in the old cemeteries of the village. Chineli, chernenska okoliya, sever[erna] dobruja, carved from oak wood in 1881. The head is round with side-ears for flowers and ends in a cross cap, which has candle slits on the top edges. An isosceles cross is carved on the face of the head. The lower wing is toothed. Side wings missing. Dimensions: 100x19x6 cm. Sketched on z. H. 1917. (t. 5, obr. 4. ). Date: 3 October 1917.
