The palace of justice on piazza xx settembre in modena, built 1890-1892 by the treviso architect luigi giacomelli (louis ritter von giacomelli di monterosso). The building was demolished in 1963 to make way for a new building, built by giò ponti, home to the cassa di risparmio di modena. The author of the photograph is pietro poppi (1833-1914), the photo was taken between 1896 and 1907. Date: before 1907.
