Full street derby: a drawing (pen and ink) by peter perez burdett from 1769. Burdett lived in the narrow house (third from the left) on the left side of the street for some time from 1765. The building was designed in the gothic style by the architect joseph pickford (1734-1782), a friend of burdett. Date: 1769.
