Boats, barges, footbridges, chimney, trees, iron palm tree on the top of the barge, street lamps, tricolor flag. Historical commentary: this drawing appeared at the salon of 1874, nº2211. Stylistic affinity with the watercolors of j. B. Jongkind, harpignies also admired the work of corot. Cf. Léonce bénédite, in the gazette des beaux-arts, 1917, p. 234. The samaritaine baths replaced the pump of the same name, installed between 1608 and 1813.
