A series of forty-nine engravings, including a title-page, depicting scenes from the life of david, often depicted with his harp, first as a young man later as king; titled in capitals and numbered above images; with accompanying verses in latin by montanus lettered below images; lettered in lower right corner with letters of the alphabet combined with roman numerals; preceded by four pages of latin letterpress, including a dedication to philip ii of spain; bound in a volume.
