description:
barrel shape. Object in two parts, lid and container. Beige stoneware with ivory glaze. Once dry, the cover is lightly scraped at the place to receive the decoration. The outlines of the patterns are then incised into the paste left bare. A slip rich in iron oxide is brushed into the heart of the incised areas. A strip of bare dough, without covering, surrounds each dark pattern which stands out against the satin cream background. Mode of acquisition: don excavations
