This work is the central panel of an altarpiece that was dedicated to the virgin mary and in which the mother of god appeared enthroned and with the baby jesus sitting on her left knee. To the right of the virgin appears kneeling, and in a prayerful attitude, the knight mosén sperandeu of santa fe, who is dressed in the fashion of his time and gives its name to the table.
