Hogstads kyrka, inskrift på storklockan, Pehr Arvid Säve, 1864

Inscription on the large bell in hogstad's church in östergötland. It is read backwards and reads "× anno domini millesimo quatragintesimo quinto × sanctus iacobus help os". Next to the text a figure of a knight. Drawing in "utdrag af antiqvitets-intendenten p. A. Säve's submitted report for the year 1861", published in antiqvarisk tidskrift för sverige volume 1, 1864. Date: 1864.
