He wears a gala uniform of blue-black cloth with girdling, epaulettes and a light blue and white sash finished with two gold borders and fringes. On his chest he wears a bicolor light blue and white presidential band from the left shoulder to the right flank. His left hand rests on his waist on the handle of his sword, from which a golden tassel hangs, and his right rests closed in a fist on the table on which there is a copy of the constitution, a bicorn hat, and a sculpture.
