Details from "the pantomimes of 1866" in the december 29, 1866 illustrated london news. The original had a much more complicated background - fairies, goblins, etc surrounded the image -, as well as five other pantomimes. However, it proved impossible to take a detail from it that included the background without cutting figures in half, or having it unbalanced and so most of it was erased. Frankly, this is a horrible effort and i should be ashamed of myself. But what could i do?
