description:
this tea bowl has almost straight flared walls, ending in a rounded lip forming a rim on the outside. The center of the bottom is slightly convex. The bowl rests on a slightly marked foot in the shape of a "bii" ring. The room is covered with a transparent gray-green covering forming 3 "tears" on the exterior wall. The lower edge of the foot, its exterior wall as well as the base are uncovered. The light gray sherd is speckled with iron impurities which have turned reddish brown. On the base, the sherd has taken on a very light buff color, the bottom of the bowl is marked with a point of iron impurity. Mode of acquisition: legacy
