The spanish hall at ambras castle in innsbruck contains a cycle of murals depicting the tyrolean sovereigns from count albert iii to duke siegmund the rich. Among these, apart from margarete maultasch as the only woman, are several rulers who are probably no longer included in this group today, or only with reservations. The cycle dates from the 16th century, but has been painted over several times. Date: XVII Century.
