it is placed under the board on a rectangular terrazzo base
an erratic boulder with a centrally placed scout lily, made of
bronze. On the boulder, on its left side, a symbolic torch, resting on
metal rods, forming
the roman number xxx. On september 20, 1939, the germans shot the current iii
scout wacław siedlecki secondary school for providing food and letters to prisoners of war
polish, whose transit camp
was in the school yard. Nine unknown prisoners were shot along with him. In a year
1964 at the school wall in the place
executions, a boulder with a small commemorative plaque was placed, then
in 1974 it was placed
the plaque that still exists today, and the plaque on the boulder was replaced with a lily. The plaque was unveiled
